Occurring between the First Quarter and Full Moon, the Waxing Gibbous is the final phase before the moon becomes fully illuminated. In this phase more than half of the Moon's surface is visible, but it's brightness hasn't reached it's peak. For those of you who just wondered what a "gibbous" was, it's etymology has it's roots in the Latin word gibbosus, which means "humpbacked". This is in reference to the visible shape of the Moon during this phase. The Waxing Gibbous is symbolic of refinement, adjustment and preparation for completion. This is the time to polish up ideas and refine approaches. Take time to take inventory on the things that are working for you and those things that aren't. Nevertheless, don't let up and don't slack off. Consistency is the raw material out of which will-power is created.
