The Judgement card depicts a great angel blowing his trumpet with a red-cross banner affixed to it. Directly below are three open graves with a person in each; to the left a man, on the right a woman, and a child in the middle. In the distance other figures can be seen, and all of them stand in reverence and joy of the mighty angel.

Hidden Significance

The hidden meaning of Judgement relates to the completion of the Great Work; a.k.a.: the creation of the Philosopher's Stone, by which a person attains self-mastery via mental alchemy.
